      We try and ship all apparel orders within 3-5 business days. Signs and Canvas Prints can take 7-12 business days.

      International Shipping

      Currently, the 7.62 Design webstore only takes orders for United States and APO/FPO addresses. Licensing restrictions do not allow us to ship internationally at this time. 

      Backorders

      Due to the extremely LIMITED nature of certain products we sell, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.

      Many backordered items are restocked within 7-14 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at websales@7point62design.com .

      What is our return Policy?

      You may return your unused, unwashed, undamaged product for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 20 days of purchase date. We do not offer exchanges.

      Contact our returns dept. at websales@7point62design.com or 855-215-2065 and request a return #. You must provide your original invoice number when requesting a return#. We do not accept returns without a return #. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

      We will refund or exchange any damaged or incorrect product (including shipping).
